Have you ever fantasized about doing things? Writing a book, learning how to ride a motorcycle, starting a new career, doing the cannonball run, going back to school, learning a new language, performing on stage, learning how to play an instrument, finding love again, taking up a new hobby–oil painting, Mediterranean cooking, Japanese gardening, or ashtanga yoga, or dare-deviling in the form of skydiving or parasailing or piloting an aircraft? (If you go skydiving, just make sure your life insurance policy is paid up.) I will be telling my adventure stories and I invite you to share yours with me.

I especially want to hear about women who aren’t letting their age define what they should be doing! Did you know that Dorothy Steel started her acting career at the age of 88? She had small parts in Black Panther, Saints and Sinners, Poms, Jumanji, the next level, and more. And how about Laura Ingalls Wilder? She didn’t publish her first book, Little House in the Big Woods, until she was 65 years old. Impressive, but the big winner is Lorna Page, who published her first novel, A Dangerous Weakness, at the age of 93!

It’s official! At age 55, I passed my CHP-sanctioned motorcycle driving class and am now street-legal. Watch out World!!

Everyone needs a butterfly girl!
My baby leopard tortoise, “Macaroon” (“Mac” for short). These guys can live 50-80+ years so I’ve got to eat healthy and get back to the gym!
