Personal & Community Life
Victoria is the guardian of a lively menagerie that includes three dogs, two tortoises, a lot of praying mantises, and one unhappy cat. When not reading, writing, or teaching, she enjoys riding her Vespa through California’s backroads, exploring estate sales, searching for independent bookstores, and befriending dogs everywhere.
When not on two wheels, you may find her wine tasting in one of the many California wine regions.
She lives with her husband and partner-in-crime, Martin, and they are parents to four pretty cool kids: Ari, Justin, Logan, and Kaitlin.
